Taoiseach to meet family of murder victim
22/09/2005 - 15:17:15It was confirmed this afternoon that Bertie Ahern is to meet relatives of murder victim Joseph Rafferty.
The 29-year-old was shot dead outside his home in Ongar, north-west Dublin earlier this year.
His family believed the IRA was behind the killing and similarities are being drawn with the death of Belfast man Robert McCartney.
The Taoiseach is expected to be told at Government Buildings next Tuesday of Republican links to the murder.
