Aniston burglar gets restraining order
15/09/2005 - 14:09:45A judge has issued a restraining order against a man accused of breaking into the home of Jennifer Aniston.
David Hesterbey of Santa Barbara, California, was ordered to stay away from the actress for three years.
He is forbidden from coming within 100 yards of the former Friends star, her home, her workplace or her vehicle.
He remains in custody facing first-degree burglary and petty theft charges. He has pleaded not guilty and will return to court later this month.
If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison.
