Godolphin swoop for Proposal
14/09/2005 - 08:31:25Godolphin has bought another two-year-old filly after completing the purchase of Royal Proposal.
The Dubai outfit recruited Prix Morny winner Silca’s Sister last week and they have now also snapped up the twice-raced daughter of King’s Best.
Royal Proposal won her debut at Nottingham for trainer Luca Cumani before before finishing a narrow second to Eilean Ban in a conditions event at Newmarket last time.
Racing manager Simon Crisford told www.godolphin.com: “We are delighted to have purchased Royal Proposal and she looks like a filly with plenty of scope for the future.
“There are no immediate plans for her racing programme but the filly will spend the winter in Dubai.”
