Diageo to expand operations at Dublin’s Guinness brewery
08/09/2005 - 08:06:02The drinks firm Diageo has announced plans to expand operations at the famous Guinness brewery in Dublin.
The company said it was planning to use the St James's Gate facility to produce all Guinness sold on the Irish and British markets.
It said the move would result in a 50% increase in production, bringing output up to three million pints-a-day.
