EU and China reach agreement on textile imports
05/09/2005 - 10:07:46The European Union and China have reached an agreement on unblocking Chinese textile imports held at European borders, an EU official said today.
The official said talks between EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson and his Chinese counterpart in Beijing reached a deal on future quota limits.
This will allow 75 million garments into the EU.
