No reports of injuries following Rome tremors
22/08/2005 - 16:07:28An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale shook Rome this afternoon.
No injuries have been reported, but people fled homes and workplaces as this afternoon's tremors were felt.
The quake lasted about five seconds and reverberated in nearby Italian costal towns.
