Victoria turns her back on pop
Victoria Beckham has written off a Spice Girls reunion, because she has decided to concentrate on being a mother.
Beckham has struggled to establish herself as a solo artist following the demise of the girlband in the late 1990s, and has decided to focus on hubby David and sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz instead.
The Beckhams have been plagued by press reports suggesting David has had extra-marital affairs - claims the celebrity couple have strenuously denied - and Victoria is keen to draw her family closer together than ever before.
She says: "All I want to do now is stay in the shadows and look after my children. I have no plans to make music. I loved my time with the Spice Girls. But that's in the past.
"David is one of the most handsome, elegant and desired men on this planet - I am proud of being his wife. I'd do anything to make David happy."
And Victoria is keen to add a girl to her brood of boys: "I love my boys more than anything in the world but I'd love to have a girl."
