Hession out after 200m quarter-final
10/08/2005 - 13:30:52Ireland's Paul Hession is out of the World Athletics Championship in Helsinki after finishing sixth in his 200 metres quarter-final today.
Hession ran the distance in a time of 21.69 seconds, which was not fast enough to claim a place in the semi-finals of the event.
Earlier today, Peter Coughlan also crashed out of the championships after finishing seventh in his heat in the 110 metres hurdles.
