Two changes to Maughan's men to face Cavan
Mayo manager John Maughan has made two changes - one enforced - for tomorrow's All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier against Cavan at Dr Hyde Park (throw-in 5.30pm).
Having been handed a month-long suspension by the GAA's Central Disciplinary Committee, Trevor Mortimer is unavailable and his place at left corner-forward goes to Knockmore's Aidan Kilcoyne.
It's a sizeable blow for Mayo and Mortimer, whose ball-carrying skills were to the fore in the latter stages of Shrule/Glencorrib's one-point defeat of Claremorris in the county championship last Saturday.
The other alteration sees Alan Roche come in for Conor Moran at right wing-back.
Maughan has kept faith with the remainder of the side that lost the Connacht final to Galway almost three weeks ago. That means another start at full-forward for Belmullet youngster Billy Joe Padden, the June winner of the Connacht GAA Writers' Personality of the month award.
Tomorrow will see the seventh championship meeting between Mayo and the Breffni men, their last All-Ireland outing being the 1948 final when Cavan triumphed 4-5 to 4-4.
Marty McElkennon's side may just have the physical edge and the momentum, having played six times this summer and defeated Donegal and Meath in the last month, to pull through again.
