Man escapes petrol bomb attack
29/07/2005 - 07:32:17A man escaped injury when petrol bombers attacked his home in the North, police said today.
Minor damage was caused to the house on Victoria Road in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim, in the explosion just after 11pm last night.
The man, who was in the property, was not hurt by the blast, police said.
Detectives investigating the attack do not believe it was sectarian, and have appealed for witnesses.
