Coldplay frontman named world's sexiest veggie
26/07/2005 - 11:11:03Not only is he a top-selling rock star AND the husband of Gwyneth Paltrow, but Chris Martin is also the World’s Sexiest Vegetarian.
The socially-responsible musician came top of a poll of 13,000 well-known veggies, conducted by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
“Martin and Paltrow are known for their love of vegan cuisine and they made international headlines recently when they gave daughter Apple a vegan birthday cake,” PETA said in a statement.
Other favourite vegetable-munchers included Tobey Maguire, Alicia Silverstone, Oscar-nominated Natalie Portman, Alec Baldwin, Annie Lennox and Chrissie Hynde.
