France win Celtic Cup
24/07/2005 - 16:58:59France’s men won the Celtic Cup in Edinburgh today after a third successive victory, beating defending champions Wales 4-2 having been held 1-1 at half-time.
Graeme Egan (25) and Paul Edwards (38) were the Welsh goalscorers.
Ireland’s women retained their title after also winning for the third time this weekend, beating Scotland 1-0 with Kristin Farrell’s goal.
