Speculation grows over IRA statement

The head of the independent body on decommissioning, General John de Chastelain, is reported to be staying on in Belfast.
He had planned to return to the US later today.
Yesterday, three senior members of Sinn Féin - including the party president Gerry Adams - were reported to have stepped down from the IRA's army council.
