Two arrested after London incidents

Two people have been arrested - one in Downing Street and one in Great Scotland Yard in Whitehall - since the incidents this afternoon.

However, British police sources said it was unclear at this stage whether the two had any links to the explosions.

British police say today's attacks were “pretty close to simultaneous”.
