McBreartys reiterate Tribunal boycott
21/07/2005 - 15:20:41The McBrearty family this afternoon reiterated that they would not appear at the Morris Tribunal.
In a statement today they said they would not return to an inquiry which they felt was set up by the Minister for Justice to protect him.
They were responding to a statement by Michael McDowell warning that he would not be bullied by them after a series of heated exchanges at the MacGill Summer School in Donegal last night.
The Minister condemned what he described as the outrageous attacks on the integrity of the tribunal.
