ISPCC launches new strategy

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC) today launched a new five-year strategy.

The charity committed to help youngsters cope with changes in Irish society, such as early drinking and drugs.

Divorce, separation and increasing multi-nationalism in schools were other key changes they said they would help children to cope with.

The ISPCC said they hoped to reach more children through improving services like Childline.
