Juve 'on verge' ov Vieira deal
14/07/2005 - 08:34:08Juventus expect to sign Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira this afternoon, one of the club’s key officials today confirmed.
Juve general director Luciano Moggi told PA International: “We are on the verge of signing him, the deal should be completed this afternoon.”
The Bianconeri have ruled out a move for Vieira’s Arsenal team-mate Robert Pires, however.
Moggi added: “We are not interested in Pires.”
