A sci-fi animated film set at a time when civilisation has been destroyed by pollution and war - like the day after tomorrow?
The last remnants of humanity build the last city and are forced to run it on pollution, which turns out to be a self-defeating exercise.
Originally titled Wonderful Days, the film provides a small ray of hope in the hero who battles the city's inhabitants in the hope of one day seeing clear blue sky through the choking clouds.
Is there a message here, one wonders?
