Post-mortem scheduled after tragic death of Kerry tot
03/07/2005 - 11:18:50A post mortem is to be carried out on the two-year-old boy who died at his home in Co Kerry yesterday.
Gardaí say they are treating his death as a tragic accident.
The twin boy was playing outside his home in Ballyfinane, near Farranfore when the accident happened at 2.30pm yesterday.
He was standing on a toy tractor, trying to retrieve another toy through the half-opened window of a car when he slipped and hit his head on the window.
The boy was found by a family member a short time later, but efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
He will undergo a post mortem later today, at Cork University Hospital.
