Church to hire bodyguard
03/07/2005 - 16:46:22Welsh teen star Charlotte Church is considering hiring a bodyguard after repeatedly being hassled while out socialising with friends.
The 19-year-old singer has refused to move to London - whose residents are more used to seeing celebrities - and wants to carry on living a "normal life" in her hometown of Cardiff, but has found her
media profile is making it increasingly difficult to enjoy herself in public.
She says: "Nowadays its getting more and more difficult. It's getting a lot worse.
"I will probably have to get a bodyguard, which is not what I had before. I need it now. For a while I just had an 'I don't care' attitude, but I can't live like that any more."
