Athlone look to continue winning way
23/06/2005 - 12:29:06Athlone Town will be hoping to follow on from their win against Monaghan with the visit of Kildare County to Golden Island Park tomorrow night.
The club are missing Steven Gavin and Des Hope but are hoping Tom Silke, Padraig Moran, Danny O'Leary and Andy Noonan will return.
Manager Stephen Kelly said: "Our own season took a turn for the better last week with a well deserved win in Monaghan. The players have responded well after a few poor performances.
"However that was only one win and in order to climb back up the table we need to string together a few good results, starting on Friday."
