Ramco appoints non-executive director
22/06/2005 - 10:46:40Ramco has announced the appointment of Malcolm Hay as a non-executive director.
Mr Hay has spent over 20 years in investment banking, holding senior positions with Orion Royal Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
Between 1985 and 2001 he was a director at CSFB where he led Canadian, Australian and UK capital markets teams.
