Ecstasy warning after man dies
20/06/2005 - 10:30:56Police in the North have issued a warning about a batch of ecstasy tablets called "snowballs" following the death of a 26-year-old man.
The man apparently admitted himself to hospital in Lisburn on Sunday afternoon after taking an unknown quantity of the pills.
A number of others were also treated after experiencing symptoms like changes to their heart-rate and drowsiness.
The PSNI has advised anyone suffering from these symptoms to seek immediate medical treatment.
