Kaladze hopes future finalised next week
17/06/2005 - 11:13:30AC Milan defender Kakha Kaladze believes his future will be resolved next week.
The Georgian international has been linked with a move to Chelsea in the past month, but the two clubs have yet to reach an agreement on the transfer of the 27-year-old to the Premiership champions.
“In the past few years Milan have given me so much,” Kaladze told La Gazzetta dello Sport. “I want to be certain that Chelsea really want me and that the coach and the staff are really happy to sign me.”
Kaladze, whose contract at Milan runs out in June 2006, believes his transfer to the London club could take place next week but he remains cautious.
“I really think that next week everything will be decided,” he said. "But I am still a Milan player and for that reason I’m not worried.”
