Moynihan missing but Cooper fit for Kerry

All-Ireland champions Kerry have included Colm 'Gooch' Cooper in their line-up for this weekend's Munster SFC semi-final, despite fears over the two-time AllStar's thigh strain.

Cooper was missing from the Kingdom's challenge-match win over Wexford at the weekend, but is sufficiently fit for manager Jack O'Connor to pit him against Limerick at the Gaelic Grounds (throw-in 4pm).

Cooper will lead the Kerry attack as they strive to repeat last year's provincial final defeat of the Shannonsiders, beside captain Declan O'Sullivan and Mike Frank Russell.

Glenflesk defender Seamus Moynihan misses out on a start due to an on-going battle with injury, but is still fit enough to make the bench.

While An Gaeltacht forward Dara Ó Cinnéide is a surprise omission in the Kerry forwards, Ballylongford man Paddy Kelly has replaced William Kirby at midfield.

KERRY (SFC v Limerick): Diarmuid Murphy; Aidan O'Mahony, Michael McCarthy, Tom O'Sullivan; Tomás Ó Sé, Eamon Fitzmaurice, Marc Ó Sé; Darragh Ó Sé, Paddy Kelly; Paul Galvin, Eoin Brosnan, Liam Hassett; Colm Cooper, Declan O'Sullivan, Mike Frank Russell.
