Chelsea decide against appeal, unlike Mourinho
15/06/2005 - 15:43:56Chelsea have decided not appeal against the punishment for their role in the Ashley Cole tapping scandal.
But coach Jose Mourinho is to appeal against his £200,000 fine with the full backing of the club.
The FA Premier League fined Chelsea £300,000 and handed them a suspended three-point deduction for their part in talking to the England and Arsenal left-back, in breach of League rules.
