Senior Kerry garda under investigation for alleged misconduct
09/06/2005 - 16:22:45A senior-ranking garda in Co Kerry is being investigated for alleged misconduct.
It is believed the allegation centres around a drink-driving case.
A second senior garda in the district is also helping the inquiry.
A chief superintendent from outside the county has been carrying out an internal investigation at Killarney Garda Station for the past fortnight.
It is expected the probe will be completed within the next week.
