Jury’s Doyle announces closure of two hotels
09/06/2005 - 12:56:46Jury's Doyle has announced it is to close two of its three hotels in Dublin's Ballsbridge.
Only the Berkeley Court on Lansdowne Road is to be retained, although it will be downgraded from a five-star to a four-star establishment.
The move is aimed at capitalising on the sale of prime Dublin 4 real estate to stave off a hostile takeover of the company.
Hundreds of staff will be affected by the decision.
