Man recovering in hospital after assault in Co Down
08/06/2005 - 08:56:48A 33-year-old man is recovering in hospital in Bangor, Co. Down, after he was seriously assaulted and stabbed at his home.
The man answered a knock on his door in the Grove Hill area of the city at 9.15pm last night.
He was attacked about the head with a brick by two men, and stabbed several times in the leg.
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
