High Court to hear Ryanair pilot case today

08/06/2005 - 07:17:58
Its looks as though an agreement may be reached in the case of Ryanair pilot John Goss against the airline.

Mr Goss, from Malahide, had been seeking an injunction to prevent the airline from taking disciplinary action against him.

The pilot claims that the airline’s move to take such action is in response to his attempts to negotiate personal terms of employment through his union.

The case is due before Justice Declan Budd at the High Court later this morning.
