Fourteen arrested in connection with Sligo shooting
08/06/2005 - 09:07:15Six women and eight men have been arrested in Sligo as part of investigations into the death of Hughie McGinley.
The 27-year-old died after he was shot in the head as he sat in his van on Grattan Street in the town on the April 28.
The fourteen people are being held in various Garda Stations in the North West under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.
