CWU takes on An Post at Labour Court
08/06/2005 - 07:00:08The Communications Workers Union is taking its case for full entitlements under sustaining progress against An Post to the Labour Court.
While welcoming the outcome of the Assessors report on the partial payment of Sustaining Progress, the CWU says the recommendations don't go far enough.
The workers are adamant that their members are fully entitled to the 8.5% under the deal and not the 5% only back-dated to January last.
