Eswarah plan undecided
Michael Jarvis has not selected a target for his Vodafone Oaks winner Eswarah and will monitor her progress before deciding on her next engagement.
The Newmarket trainer has the choice between possible starts in the Darley Irish Oaks on July 17 the Ashton Upthorpe Yorkshire Oaks the following month.
Jarvis also reported that the unbeaten filly, who defeated Something Exciting by a length and a half at Epsom, has thrived since last Friday.
“She’s eaten very well and has had her first canter since her win this morning, she moved nicely and has come out of the race very well,” he told At The Races.
“There is nothing set in stone at the moment – I haven’t had the chance to talk in detail to Sheikh Hamdan (her owner), but he did make the comment that she has had three races in six weeks and we have just got to see how she does over the next few weeks before we make a firm decision.”
