06/06/2005 - 15:55:00Vista Bella is expected to be off the track for a while having picked up a minor leg problem.
The filly, who did not race as a juvenile, finished third to Virginia Waters in the 1000 Guineas on just her third career start.
She was expected to go for next week’s Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot at York, but trainer Michael Jarvis is not happy with her.
“She’s having an easy time at the moment as she hasn’t been right since the Guineas,” he told At The Races.
“Her action behind has not been 100 per cent. We’re treating her, and she just has a slight sprain of a hamstring. It’s not career-threatening, but it is an injury that needs time.”
