Gardaí name Carlow road-death victim

The man who was killed in a road accident near Carlow town yesterday evening has been named.

Thirty-seven-year-old James Ingram from Talbot Terrace in Carlow died after he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a bridge near the town.

The accident happened shortly before 8pm at Ballybannon Bridge.
