Glen Crowe scored his first goal of the season to salvage a point for the struggling champions.
Shels’ miserable time continued as they fell behind within nine minutes when College skipper Tony McDonnell rose unchallenged to loop a header from Stephen Hurley’s corner over Steve Williams.
But Crowe levelled with a stunning goal on 70 minutes, chesting the ball down before shooting past Darren Quigley.
