Lohan shaken after paparazzi car chase

Teen starlet Lindsay Lohan emerged shaking but unscathed following a car accident in Hollywood this week.

The Mean Girls actress was being chased by paparazzi in their cars, as she drove through the Wilshire District of Los Angeles when her car was struck by one of the photographers’.

Lohan’s mother Dina released a statement thanking God her daughter survived unharmed.

Meanwhile, local police admitted they had arrested a man for assault with a deadly weapon (a motor vehicle) and that he had been released on $35,000 (€28,500) bail.

The scary incident echoes the Princess Diana tragedy. She died while trying to escape over-zealous snappers.
