Judge refuses to allow Larry King evidence
19/05/2005 - 17:13:53The judge in Michael Jackson’s child molestation trial ruled today against allowing CNN host Larry King to testify for the defence.
Judge Rodney Melville ruled after listening to King’s account of a conversation with a lawyer who represented the accuser’s family.
Without the jury present, King said that the attorney told him the accuser’s mother was out for money and referred to her as “whacko”.
Jackson denies all charges.
