Eriksson joins leaders at Carton House
19/05/2005 - 15:41:49Klas Eriksson has provisionally made it a three-way tie at the head of the Nissan Irish Open at Carton House.
Welshman Stephen Dodd and Sweden’s Mattias Eliasson have completed their rounds of 69 to lie three under par at the top of the leaderboard.
Eliasson’s compatriot Klas Eriksson has joined them on three under after 10 holes.
Earlier Darren Clarke had led on two under following his opening round of 70 and fellow Irishman Damian Mooney also hit a round of 70 to lie well in contention on two under.
Ireland’s top world ranked golfer Padraig Harrington hit a round of 73 after recovering in time to play the tournament following a neck injury sustained in the past week.
