Govt begins debate on Aer Lingus and Dublin Airport
18/05/2005 - 17:43:11The Government has begun discussions about the future of Aer Lingus in its weekly cabinet meeting.
The sale of the State airline and the prospect of a second Dublin Airport terminal are top of the agenda.
However, there are no guarantees that a decision will be made this evening.
The Taoiseach told the Dáil this afternoon that only one terminal is on the agenda despite earlier reports that the Government was considering a third terminal at Dublin Airport.
