150 acres destroyed in Limerick forest fire
16/05/2005 - 07:14:23More than 150 acres of land have been destroyed by a forest fire in Co Limerick.
The blaze broke out shortly after 9pm last night near Ballingarry in the west of the county.
Eight units of the local fire brigade spent more than four hours tackling the blaze before bringing it under control.
