Pompey trio ruled out
29/04/2005 - 10:38:34Lomana LuaLua, Patrik Berger and Andy Griffin will all miss the trip to Manchester City tomorrow as Portsmouth seek the point which would secure their place in the Premiership for a third season.
LuaLua will miss the remaining three games with a hamstring injury suffered in last weekend’s 4-1 win against Southampton, while Berger and Griffin are ruled out by ankle and knee problems.
Record signing Diomansy Kamara is expected to partner Aiyegbeni Yakubu in LuaLua’s absence while Aliou Cisse and Giannis Skopelitis are favourites to replace Berger and Griffin.
