Former child model LeBlanc suffered a fall and that was followed by several hundred sessions of electroshock therapy; and this most unusual diary documentary which manages to engage on an emotional level and delight on a technical one.
It is a brilliant example of the directing art and the ability to bring many different forms of visual awareness together into a pleasing whole.
It is an emotional story of the past shaping destiny and of coming to terms with the difficulties of life, in all their troubling and uplifting forms.
