Indian Star hearing set for tomorrow
26/04/2005 - 14:00:46A hearing into appeals by trainer John Tuck and jockey Jodie Mogford against punishments handed out over the running of Indian Star at Ludlow will be held tomorrow.
Tuck was fined £2,000 and Mogford was suspended for 14 days after Indian Star finished fourth in the J O Hambro Investment Management And Ludlow RP Selling Hurdle on March 24.
The seven-year-old was also banned from running for 40 days under the ‘non-trier’ rule.
The hearing before the Jockey Club disciplinary panel is due to start at 10.30am.
