Farrell's accuser takes TV lie detector test

26/04/2005 - 08:12:25
The woman who alleged Colin Farrell was stalking her has agreed to take a lie detector test on American TV to prove she isn't lying.

Dessarae Bradford accuses the Irish hunk of harassing her, alleging he wouldn't leave her alone after initially befriending her, but her $5,000 (€3,800) lawsuit against the star was dismissed by a Los Angeles court last week.

She still maintains she's the victim - and she has appeared on US show Lie Detector to prove it.

The former sex chat worker says: "He's a big movie star to most but, to me, he was a pest."

Bradford tells the show that she allegedly passed on her cellphone number to Farrell, who rang up $300 (€231) of charges on the phone, and then made and cancelled a number of dinner appointments.

But when Lie Detector host Rolanda Watts told Bradford that the test proved she was a liar, the accuser turned nasty.

She fumed: "I really don't care what anyone believes because Colin knows.

"(This is) a Hollywood fake TV show, it doesn't mean anything... Colin's a paid whore of Hollywood and so are you... I might be a liar but I'm not a whore."
