Gardaí name Co Galway road accident victim
23/04/2005 - 16:44:57The 44-year-old woman who died in a road accident in Co Galway yesterday evening has been named.
Veronica Finnegan, from Lisheen, was killed when the car she was driving ploughed into a river in Patch, near Glennamaddy.
No other vehicles were involved, but the accident occurred on a stretch of road where there have been a number of fatal accidents in recent years.
