‘Multinational firms still view Ireland as attractive’

Multinational companies based in Ireland still see the country as an attractive place to invest, according to the Irish Management Institute.

The institute said a survey it conducted found that many multinationals are planning to take on new workers, but around 40% said they were having problems finding skilled staff.

The survey also identified rising costs and poor infrastructure as problems facing foreign firms in Ireland.
