Saints ready for go-ahead for new Inchicore stand
19/04/2005 - 10:24:26St Patrick’s Athletic are hoping to begin work on a new 1,300 seater stand within the next month.
The Saints are awaiting on documentation from the Government before giving the green light to the builder to begin work on a new stand at the Inchicore end of the ground.
St Pats CEO Bernard O’Byrne said: “We’re ready to go. We are just waiting on a letter from the Department of Sport saying the grant is ready for release.
“The builder is ready and it could be a matter of days or weeks but we can’t press the green button until we have that.”
