ISEQ down 83 points
18/04/2005 - 10:54:06The ISEQ slipped down 83.41 points this morning as most of the big names posted losses.
Ryanair lost 16c (2.7%) to €5.70. The airline announced this morning that it is getting rid of its paid-for in-flight entertainment system, due to poor customer demand.
CRH lost 36c (1.8%) to €20.25, while Kerry Group was down 38c (1.7%) at €18.87 mid-morning.
The financials also performed poorly. AIB was the morning’s most heavily-traded share, and lost 26c (1.6%) to €16.20.
Irish Life & Permanent was down 20c (1.4%) at €13.65, Anglo Irish Bank slipped 20c (1.1%) to €18.90, while Bank of Ireland lost 6c to €12.29.
