Duo back for Eagles
Crystal Palace boss Iain Dowie could be boosted by the return of defensive duo Gonzalo Sorondo and Danny Butterfield for tomorrow’s crunch Barclays Premiership relegation clash with Norwich.
Centre-back Sorondo has resumed full training after missing two games with a knee problem, while Butterfield played again for the reserves in midweek following his hernia operation, and the full-back is also in contention for a return to the squad.
Striker Nicola Ventola, though, is still another week or so away as he continues to recover from a fractured ankle.
Emerson Boyce (broken foot) and Tommy Black (broken leg) remain long-term absentees.
